Material： The tub appears to have been well made and aligned with expectations.  However the shipping became the source of a lot of stress as it took 5 months to arrive in Toronto despite a commitment of 2 months and during that timeline the wooden crate and tub were partially damaged.   The response from the seller, although timely, offered little information or specific details on where the item was location, how to track it, etc.  Very stressful and could have been avoided with clearer information on shipping status. Ultimately the matter was resolved with a partial refund which the supplier agreed to after negotiations.  Alibaba's Trade Assurance was well worth it to ensure a satisfactory outcome and appropriate compensation for the issues encountered.
